It might just be that I got the idea from there although I don&#039;t recall it under that name. (I&#039;ll be looking into that technique, maybe there is something there I can assimilate, thanks!) It&#039;s the result of reading a lot of study/mind hacks and experimenting. Over the years these studying habits form and we find tweak habits until they perform optimally for us.
